Dam jelly belly! i give up! :(

I just cant do it :( Its been over a year and i still have a disgusting loose wrinkly bulging belly :x I was a size 6/8 before having ky and could eat what i wanted. Im a size 12 now and happy with that BUT sooooo unhappy with my abnormal shaped belly!!

Ive tried soooo many diets and regular exercise which has helped thin out my face and tone me everywhere but my belly will not change!!

Its such a weird shape and sticks out like im pregnant, its terrible! And when i eat it just swells to an enormous size!

How do you get rid of it or am i stuck like this forever!

Buying clothes is a nightmare, i cant find anything to fit my shape properly unless its maternity :oops: for christs sakes my sons 1 now!! : :evil:

Help!!! Its really getting me down :( :cry:

i cant stand my wobbly belly either you can lose weight but lose the flab is much hard to do
im trying to find time to do exercise that will work my tummy muscles to try and shift it
 
It is really hard to shift :hug: I can't shift mine either :(
 
have you thought about doing pilates to strenthen and help tone you?
 
That site is useful thanks! I do do sit ups every day. i do 10, jog on the spot for 1min then another 10 sit ups then jog...then repeat it one more time. Ive been doing it for 3 months and its toned my hips - they look normal, buts its dont nothing for the bulging belly!

thats with a top on...i look about 3months pregnant!

Mines similar too hun, its just the muscles need toning and then the skin will tighten :hug:

I do 3x40 sit ups a day, and squats and leg lifts, its slow but I'm getting there :D
 
I think i'll have to up the amount of sit-ups and i want to take up swimming, its just finding the time and more so actually getting up off my arse and doing it!

On another note ive been on the ehow.com quiet a bit this morning and one of the replies to "how big should food portions be for a 1 year old" was "how to grow marijuana"!! :shock: :shock: :shock: :lol:

mines similar..... i'm not as brave to post a pic in here though, only in adult!
ive also heard that pilates is the best for tightening up stomach muscles and then skin... it just looks to awkward and my sofa is too comfy. You know you're lazy when there's a permanent imprint of your bum in your sofa long after you've gotten up :rotfl: :rotfl:
