Thanks, for the encouragement, its been 1 week, 3 days since i had a drag of a fag, and i can now say...........I don't even want one!! Had my daughters birthday party saturday where there were people smoking in my house and my sister has just started up again, but i managed to get through the day without finding it too difficult.

Well done hun! You've done sooooo well. I found the first 2 weeks the toughest (not that its plain sailing after that, but its a lot easier!)

I never even smoked in my house but people were just lighting up!!

But yes, with more warning, next time i will even go to the lengths of putting up no smoking signs. I just designed a no smoking sign for my niece too for her school project. I drew the red circle with the line through a baby in a womb surrounded by fags, with the large words NO CHOKING. Her treacher loved it!!
