Great, thanks! Mine is an IUI cycle (the last one!) but we're both hoping for the same result! :)

How are you doing? DPO 9?
fingers crossed lovely.xDaisy

Yes! Yesterday I felt a bit sick and had a sharp pain in uterus area, then some brown spotting. That's never happened until about 12 DPO so I'm hoping it was implantation!

Although I forgot that with IUI they put the sperm in the uterus to meet the egg on its way out of the tubes so if it got fertilised in the uterus does it just divide there until it implants? I always thought by the time the egg got there it was too old so I'm a bit confused!

Surely the spermies will start swimming up to meet your eggy? It just means they don't get knackered and confused getting through the cervix, all the way up your uterus into your tube...fingers crossed its implantation spotting, eek! Xx

Just seen your news on the IVF thread Tinks! That's SO amazing!

Good luck blueflower, really hoping your spotting is a good sign

xxxx

Yes it was just that one time at 9DPO which was promising! I've felt a bit sick but its probably just the hormones I'm on!

I'll test tomorrow and let you know the result. Got a busy day tomorrow so it will be a good distraction if its negative but I'll have trouble concentrating if its positive!

Keeping everything crossed for you honey xx

It was a :bfn::(
AF hasn't arrived yet so I'm not going to get upset yet. Although I keep seeing ladies getting BFPs on 9 or 10 DPO so it seems unlikely.
I really hoped this might work and we could avoid having to go for IVF.

Oh no, so sorry for the bfn, hoping its just too early to test xxx

I just spoke to the nurse who said that the cycle probably hasn't worked. :( She said there's a small chance I'll get a positive in a couple of days but my period will probably start as soon as I stop taking the progesterone. She said if I do get a positive they can fax the prescription straight to Asdas pharmacy for me to pick up so I don't need to take time off work which is a relief!

She's already booked us in for an IVF consultation next week, gulp!

Feel a bit numb.

Oh bums. It's all so unfair xx what clinic will you be using? Xx

that sucks lovely how are you doing? big hugs x daisy
