:wave: i thought it would be nice for us to share recepies, cravings and healthy snacks!

i myself am loving chopped bananas, lots of pecans and a bit of cream every morning and a bowl of special K. this morning i couldnt handle any cream so had bananas and toast with pecans on my cerial :D
sooo yummy!
 
Mmmmm sounds scrummy, except I don't like nuts!!
I've been trying to eat healthier. Lots of fresh fruit and veg plus some treats like the occasional chocolate muffin or chocolate anyway! Had a nice piece of haddock for tea tonight (once I could get the cat away from it) and preparing a hearty veg soup to take to work tomoz. Eating meat as well, red meat for iron but not too much.
Just trying to maintain a healthy balanced diet really.
 
I've been generally trying to eat healthier. I make homemade soups with onions, carrots, butternut squash and anything else I have in the fridge. I've also increased my fruit intake and I'm going to make sure I eat oily fish at least once a week.
 
Having been doing the whole healthy eating thing when i can face food but tonight

Hahaha, yum. i cant even eat fast food i get huge ammounts of heartburn :roll: i love butternut squash. i did a grocery run yesterday and came back with a cartfull of veg and fruit, wholeweat bread and all the good stuff no treats only healthyness in the cupboards OH was stumped :lol:
 
Im trying to be healthy! I do keep craving salads etc but I do give in if I want something crap like McD's lol
Egg mayo and salad sandwiches and steak are my main cravings at the moment!? lol
