Cramps?!

How should cramps feel in early pregnancy? I feel like I'm getting bad period pain.
Btw I'm 4 weeks.

I had cramps early on with last pregnancy and this one. This time were really bad I was 100% sure my period was coming. Everything is shifting around and doing its job! Xx

Thankyou, I had a mc 18 months ago and so scared it's going to happen again. I can't even get excited incase I have to face the worst. I have a scan in 2-3 weeks, but I guess finding out early isn't always ideal xx

Every night I get "period " type pains , and I think " here it comes , but so far it hasn't im 6 weeks xx
