Cramps when pooing (TMI!)

Is it just me, or is anyone else getting cramps when their having a number 2?
I seem to be doing it about 3 times a day now, and for the past few days I've been getting cramps in my lower tummy when passing it. What would be causing this? Its only been the past couple of days, but happens everytime!

Sounds there's little room down there and muscles working hard to push it out hence cramps

I have this but then I have IBS linked to my arthritis so was blaming that but may be a combination of the both. lol. xx
