how "should" the cervix be when af is due? and in early pregnancy?

Ive just checked mine and its SUPER high, i couldnt reach it at all, and i only just managed to touch it when i "bared down" it felt soft, but im not 100% sure as couldnt touch it properly.

im 16dpo too (my LP is usually 14, but tested bfn)

I'm not entirely sure hun but cervix positions change so it's not really a reliable way to determine pregnancy or to symptom spot - lots of articles I've read don't recommend it cos it changes so much.
