Hey,
I've been on google :wall2: shouldn't have ikno. I've had a cough since my cold which died down last week, but for 2 days now, my cough has come back, and ive been wheezing, especially in the mornings and when I try to take deep breathes. I can't laugh without having a coughing fit which makes me unable to breathe for a little bit.
Hubby told me not to worry it's just a cough. I had asthma as a child and read pregnancy can bring it on?? I'm probably over reacting but just wanted advice? X

Ashleigh see a doc ASAP for meds hun, I ignored the fact i'de had a shitty cold for a few days and it has very quickly progressed to acute bronchitis and then pneumonia 24 hours later, I'm on steroids, an inhaler and antibiotic drip in hospital, apparently our immune systems are basically so low just now because we're giving everything we have to sustain little bean so it's a good sign but you don't want it to develop into something nasty I didn't realise a cold could go into your chest and would need treated, I never go to the doctors for anything outside of ttc so I didn't want to feel like a timewaster going for a cold but you really need the antibiotics to clear it up and I'm finding the steroids are helping the wheezing I literally couldn't breathe yesterday x

Yep get to a GP. It can develop very quickly. Won't be an issue for the pregnancy but the last thing you want is to be very poorly.

I'll get an appointment tomorrow. When I breathe in it feels like I'm dragging on a fag :/ wheezing wasn't too bad this morning, but the coughing is giving me a terrible headache and casita pain in my pelvis! Doing a 9 hour shift which doesn't help! On my way here I could barely breathe walking up hill :/ xx

They definitely shouldn't have you working around food/the public, is your boss crazy?! The wheezing is what's killing me it's horrible not being able to get a breath, the only thing that's helping me at the moment is the steroids, the inhaler is good for 5 minutes when I'm really struggling but it then gives me an intense migraine like headache and incredibly dry mouth but it's better than nothing and will hopefully clear it up quickly, the doctors said they need to take breathing difficulties very seriously especially in pregnant women so you should be seen quick tomorrow.
