Cough and swimming

Brody has water babies this morning but has had a cough for 3 days now that's not shifting. He's his usual self thankfully but I'm thinking of giving it a miss as am worried of making it worse, plus other babies there.

Do you think that's sensible? Don't know why I'm asking, just looking for reassurance really.

E was the same last week but I still took her as it was only a cough and not a cold and she was, and has been since, fine.
