cot bed duvets...

what age do I think about duvet instead of sheets and blankets? T has never had a sleeping bag, so what tog do I need to look at?

I have a few cot quilts ready to be used and no idea how to teach her to use them. She only has sleepbags at night so don't know how to make the transition.

I think mine are 3.5 tog. Sorry im not much help! X

I read somewhere it was a year old they can start using duvet. xx

^^^ thats what I heard. I got one for £7 in the asda event. Its 4 tog cotbed duvet.
