Ive read a few places that juice can now be given to babies at Orans age, however it always says but NEVER cordial and it shoudl be fresh juice (1 part fresh juice to 5 parts water).

Im wondering if anyone wonders WHY you cant give cordial, obviously not a properly mixed cordial like adults would have but like a splash of it in 6oz of water or something??

i give Evie the baby juices you buy in the shop, but i always diluted them down further as some of them are soo strong. Sometimes i prefer to buy the concentrate (would that be classed as cordial?) because then you can control how stong its made up. basically i just like to give her water with a hint of juice as she refuses to drink just plain water  .

I give Lewis the same cordial that we drink. We use sugar free anyway and I just add a small splash to water to taste it slightly for him. He won't drink plain water.........but then neither would I :puke:
