Coping with severe morning sickness

Hi Guys,

I'm current 8+6 and have had to take the week off work due to non stop vomiting to the stage of not being able to keep water down. I have to go in hospital tomorrow for an IV.

I've been offered cyclizine and wondered if anyone has experienced side effects or had a bad reaction?

On a second less worrying note, has anyone had a literal pain in the ass? feels like join pain just above your bum but spreads down your legs. painful.

Hi stephylou I had hg my last pregnancy and had iv with sickness meds. For me I reacted badly from iv cyclizine but tablet form was fine. Metricloprimide iv was fine tho I know a few that have reacted badly from iv cyclizine so just be careful. The fluids will definitely help you tho. I really feel for you it's the worst thing ever. I'm 9 weeks in my second pregnancy and although it's bad it's not anything like last time x
