Just been reading a great article and though I would share it as over the yrs I've seen many woman confused about when they are most fertile especiall when their cycles vary.

This site says to chart your cycle length for around 7 months to get the best idea.
Find your shortest day and subtract 18
E.g 27 day cycle you start your fertile part on day 9

Then with your longest day subtract 11
E.g 30 day cycle your fertile part ends the 19th

So between day 9 and 19 would be your most fertile days which I found quite interesting.

Then it said you can narrow it down more with your usual stuff such a bbt and mucus :)

Yes I also read something similar in a fertility book. Great idea to stop us fixating on DTD for just 3/4 days and it will also improve our chances of getting it right :)

I personally just do it whenever lol it will happen when it happens, throwing my husband around the bedroom is all part of the fun and excitement but I know there are a few ladies who are probably struggling or life commitments may get in the way of it and find it frustrating so apart from waving a wand over their uterus I try help with my little bits of info lol :)
