I am doing a lamb hotpot
Beef stew
Spaghetti Bol
Anything else? I am allergic to poultry btw lol

I have done the same as you plus chilli (just doubled the spag bowl mixture then added some kidney beans and chilli powder to remainder of meat!), sausage casserole (not sure how that will turn out!), lots of veg soup, lasagne and I think thats it! Oh I did do a batch of tomato sauce for pasta etc which i just froze in little plastic bags so they are easy - and I had loads of tomatoes left over! We should have enough food for 2012!

I made some meatballs recently and popped them in the freezer, just need pasta and sauce and bob's your uncle.

You lot are so good! I have only thought about stocking up on food I have not been able to have...chocolates, cakes, sushii, steak (rare), smoked salmon and cream cheese.......
Given the OH a list of things to bring to the hospital Incase I have to stay in lol
