Consultant on Monday

Got to go and see a consultant on Monday as when I had Josh I had a forceps delivery.I dont actually know why I need to see him or what he's going to do. Anyone know? Will he have to look at my bits cos I dont want him to!!

I had a forceps with my last child but havent got to see a consultant with this pregnancy,very odd for you having to unless there were other complications. It is unlikely for him to examine you at this early stage in your pregnancy as there would be nothing conclusive for him to see.

I shouldn't worry am sure all will be fine.

I wonder why I have to see him then. Last time I had an epidural, episiotomy and forceps but Im sure alot of women have that.

Maybe its just to look at the scar and see if he thinks I'll need cutting this time? No idea! Im nervous now!

i had an appointment to see consultant the other week, was wondering why, when i got there didn't even see a consultant just a nurse ,with a student in tow they just did a normal routine check up... dont worry im sure it will be ok xx
