Hi I am 32 weeks and have a constant throbbing headache.

Ive had it for 2 weeks on the right side now its its been a few days on the left. it goes away for a couple of hrs with paracetamol. its worse when i bend over or down, or if i get stressed.

this is my 3rd pregnancy and its not happened before and i dont usually get headaches.

has anyone else experienced this? my blood circulation is also really bad as i get pins and needles really quickly.

I just want to lay down in a cool room most of the time but not possible with 2 under 5s!

I had these headaches when my blood pressure went high. Just like you describe, dull throbbing kind of headache. I didnt realise what it was but my BP was noticed at a routine antenatal check and I got admitted, it was up and down but after a few days I knew when i had a headache I asked a nurse to check and my BP was high.

Im sure there are other causes, but Id get your BP checked, especially if it has been creeping up a little.

hi titch I was thinking blood pressure, thanks for your reply, I hope that's all it is
