Confuuused

Does anyone else get confused over how far gone they actually are?!

I work it out that Im 27 weeks, but the hospital & doctors say that Im 26 weeks and 2 days.

I get sooo confused when making appointments.

Do I make it for when im 28 weeks or when THEY say im 28 weeks!?

OOOOOR is this just my lack of sleep, head cold and natural blondeness!?

They havent said anything really though, its just me getting all confuddled!

but for instance, I say im 27 weeks pregnant, but even if you look at my ticker, it says 26+2...am I 26 or 27 weeks!? confuuuuuuuused!!! lol

I get so confused too so its not just you!

I think it because you are in your 27th week of pregnancy you say you're 27 weeks but actually you are 26 weeks and 2 days, but it is the 27th week of your pregnancy.

Confused again though - when people ask me how far gone I am I'm sure they think I'm stupid as it takes me ages to think how far gone I am then I say 'oh about 17ish weeks'!!

I just go by how many weeks gone I am...rather than what week I'm in. Eg I'm 14 weeks and 4 days atm so if ppl ask I just say I'm 15 weeks on friday. And if U have to make an appt 4 a specific week itl b how many weeks gone u r not wot week ur in. Hope that makes sense xx

yeah...if u had to book an appt for 28 weeks u would book it for between 15 and 21st august cos ur classed as 28 weeks for that whole week.
its no wonder we get confused is it? lol xx

i say im in my 30th week, or 29 weeks gone!
I think they def can get the dates wrong. My sister had IVF so she knows for sure when shes due, but on her scan they reckon she was 5 days further then she is. I think follow what the midwifes says but you prob know best yourself

yeah, your in your 25th week tomorrow but only 24 weeks gone

It's soo confusing isn't it. I stick with the exact dates they are going with and I can't go wrong X
