Hey
I know I am in week 27 in a couple of days so progress to the next trimester but hoping someone has experienced or has some advice.

On sunday night I went to the toilet and had some blood loss... spent the night in hospital but was sent home.
they had no explanation why it happened they just said that sometimes it can't be explained.

Fine all day yest but today I went to the toilet and when I turned to flush the toilet was full of blood....but nothing on the pad I as wearing. When I called the midwife she said it is nothing to be concerned about.
But when the baby moves-kicks it hurts. Am I over reacting?

I have had to come home from work because of just how uncomfortable I feel... Except the loss on sun, what happened when I went to the loo today and the pain when baby moves I have had nothing else symptomatic wise.

Not sure if I'm being paranoid!! Got a midwife appointment on thurs but just a bit worried

Hi hun

Not experience this at your stage myself, but if I were you I would ring NHS direct and give all the details.

when you say the toilet had blood in it but none on the pad you were wearing it makes me think
that perhaps the blood was in your urine- that could be due to a bad uti/cystitis but i'm pretty sure
you would feel pain when weeing if it had gotten that bad-but i'm sure you wouls have felt it if you had a gush of blood while sitting on the toilet. I'm not sure but i had a bleed at 19 weeks for a week- it was from my cervix and my baby was fine!
i would phone back wherever you went and tell them you are experiencing pain and would like to be checked over again to be safe! don't leave it until thursday if you are feeling that uncomfy you had to leave work!! good luck hope everythings fine

I've heard its quite normal for unexplained bleeding during pregnancy but I'd be worried too  Give NHS 24 a ring & see what they say

hey hun if i was you id be in the hospital causing hell. your worried, you cant work and your loosing blood that they say is unexplained.. well you need an explination to put your mind at rest. i would be in there asking for a scan. tell them its hurting you hope you get help soon xx

I've not experienced this myself but I think you should phone the maternity unit and request a scan. Its not fair for them to just fob you off, you need a proper explanation and some reassurance. Keep us updated
