TMI but bleeding after sex question

Good morning ladies

I have tried calling midwife etc this morning and am so far not having much luck so I thought you guys woudl probably be the best people to ask.

After about a month of nothing my hubby and I had sex this morning and when I went to the toilet afterwards and wiped there was some pink blood; I am sure it is nothing to worry about (if I'm honest I may not have been "ready" enough) but as a first time mommy to be I am freaking out slightly.

Has anyone else had something similar? Xx

I had three lots of bleeding after sex in my first trimester 8, 9 and 11 weeks. I was told after going for scans etc, that your cervix is full of blood and blood vessels now. If it gets bashed etc it can bleed after sex. Would still let the mw know though hun as you are further on than I was. We did positions for a while which prevented things from going in to far eg missionary with my legs closed! lol. x
