Do you use ovulation tests? I recommend those so you have an idea of when you need to have sex. They say to have sex at least every other day during your fertile phase.

Are you taking prenatals? They recommend taking them 3 months prior to trying to get pregnant.

How long have you been trying?

Thanks sex is definitely not the issue we are doing it as often as advised. Its just pinning down other potential problem areas. Fertilty can be tricky.

There isn't really much advice to give then. If you are having sex and you know your sperm is good then you are doing everything you can do. As long as she doesn't have anything in the way of her health, then it's just a matter of time. It takes the average person 6 months to a year to conceive. After that they recommend seeing a fertility specialist.

I would team ovulation tests with temping so you can be sure of when you ovulate. It takes some getting used to but it’s super easy and really helps you to see your own unique pattern so you can start to work out when something is different. I found it also helped me decide as to whether I should test earlier than before AF was due I.e.for me, no temp drop 10dpo was unusual so meant good chance of pregnancy. Good luck x
