Can anyone suggest any January detainatiins of warm climate. It's my 30th and instead of a party I want to go away on holibobs with my family. (4 of us) and baby will be around 6-7 months x

Tenerife is lovely in January we are planning on going back this January with baby xx

went to canaries in march and it was lovely - its not january but still warm all year around and 6/7 months is an ideal age to take them abroad!!

I'm a big Egypt fan, but the flight can be 6 hours xx

Egypt is great all year round hon and flight isnt too bad and transfer is short, usually less then 30min I to Sharm x

I went to Tenerife in January and although it was warm, it rained the whole time. Egypt is guaranteed to be hot xx

We went to Cape Verde in January and it was nice – probably mid twenties although quite breezy so didn’t feel too hot so good for kiddywinks but also got a decent tan. There’s not a huge amount to do so if you want to visit different villages and attractions etc then maybe not the place but for a sun and relax jobby it’s great. Think the flight was about 6 hours x

Canary Island!
Ive been in dec & it was in the 20s it was nice!! Xx

Brilliant! That's helped make up my mind really easy! I really wanted to try Cape Verde but for the sake of the flight I think Canary islands will be the easier choice atm. Keen on getting place with villa as it's more relaxed so I will be looking into that. Many thanks ladies xx

But I also like the sound of Egypt. It's definately routes of travel to explore x

Ive been to egypt but it was in sept.. And hit the 50s! :shocks: it was so so hot!
I think its nice all year round therebyt hopefully not that hot in jan!
Long flight though Xxx

We have stayed a few times in a villa in Fuerteventura in both Novemeber and December and it was just perfect. There is a breeze so can feel cool if the sun is behind a cloud but generally low to mid 20's and it's just great for when you have young kids. Not too hot or uncomfortable for them.

And personally I absolutely loved having a villa with private pool with kids. Made it soooooo easy and relaxed x

I love the idea of a villa too. Will be looking into this defo xx
