Cold remedys

Any remedys for getting rid of the cold? I feel completely blocked up, hardly slept last night as just kept feeling like I couldnt breathe. Honestly you would think I had man flu or something going by my reaction haha!

Being ill in pregnancy sucks im afraid
Lots of water, rest, take panadol, drink honey and lemon hot drinks! I sleep proper upright when I'm blocked up as well.
