CM - what to look for

Hi Ladies...

Hope everyone is feeling good and enjoying the glorious weather!!


I'm in cycle 8 and had my postive OPK yesterday so got down with the BD last night and hopefully again tonight - should OV tomorrow although I have had some cramping today.

I track my BBT as well as OPK but havn't really done any thing with CM or cervical positioning. I wondered if any of you guys could shed any light as to what I should be looking for CM wise and when and how would I go about feeling the position of my cervix?

Fertile CM is like egg white, clear and stretcy. If you get some on your finger, and squeeze it against another finger the CM should stretch between the two iykwim?

A fertile cervix is high and soft, it's quite hard to reach and when you touch it, it feels like your lip.

Otherwise, when you aren't on your fertile time, your cervix is usually low and feels like the end of your nose. Hope this helps x
