Clear Blue Digital Test Confusing!!!!

On the 27/1/11 i went in to hospital with cramps and bleeding, convinced my self i had miscarried. Did the test and had an internal scan and babys fine seen the heart beat no problems detected, just told "i might be one of those pregnancy" they decided the baby had been developing for 6weeks(8 weeks by the doctors)

I carried on bleeding till the 1/2/11 and was told i would have to wait till the 12week scan to find out if it was ok,easier said then done!! so today i decided to do a pregnancy test with the date indicator! figured if it said 3+ weeks i was ok and anything below that maybe i was miscarrying!! it says 1-2 weeks so does this mean i have miscarried and my hormone levels are dropping, or are they not reliable on the whole date thing! seen post with people saying they were further along than the test said!any advice or personal experiences welcomed!!!!!


sorry if this is tmi but its been like a period the bleeding and ive passed 4 cherry sized clots, if i hadnt known i was pregnant i woulda just assumed it was a normal period with normal cramps.thanx

not sure if this will be what you want to hear, but i conceived on the 10th jan and i did a CB digital on the 24th jan and it said 1-2 weeks and then i did another on saturday 29th jan and it said 2 - 3 weeks and so it's been spot on for me....

but maybe it's just different levels of hormones with different people...

I really don't know but with the bleeding being so heavy with clots i would demand another scan. Its not fair them keeping you waiting x

Ask for a blood test to check your levels xx
