I hope you realise what you have done now miss laurababs , i've been thinking about chinese food all afternoon and have now convinced hubby we are having one for dinner (my second chinky takeout this week ) I am going to end up so huge, i just cant say no to food

Right girls ive cut it down to crispy aromatic duck, shredded crispy beef & noodles or chicken in black bean sauce What is the black bean sauce like...is it sweet, spicy, really strong tasting? haha im a bit fussy.

Hmm, its' kind of hard to describe. It's not sweet, definitely, and not really really spicy, it's got a kind of slightly bitter dry taste if you know what I mean, cos it's made out of beans... am I making any sense? Help me out here girls! It's a very particular kind of taste, woudln't know what to compare it to. If you don't like sweet & sour btw, you might not be too keen on crispy shredded beef, it's usually got a sweetish coating, very hot. (but yuuuuuummmm)
