Childrens' program

Ok please someone help me out! People are thinking that I have gone mad!

Im sure when I was growing up there was a childrens' tv programme on about Walter Reighley who's ghost lived in the tower of london. It also had something about the crown jewels. I think he was a gost who stole the crown jewels or something like that

I think there was also a book about it but can't remember - please help me out if you can remember what it was called. People are starting to think that my hormones have gone nuts!
