Childrens book ...cant remember the name

Hiya our teacher used to read us this book which was awesome, Im trying to get it to show to my kids, but cant think of the name.

Its sort of a pull out book. Its about a postman that delivers letters to someone different on each page and on each page is an envelope.... you pull out a letter and read it. At the end of the book he delivers the letter to a bear and the letter is really small.

I know its a shot in the dark but ive been trying to find it for almost a year. I ever drove the Hay-on-wye and looked all through those blumming book shops, but no luck.

It is great, there is the Jolly Christmas Postman too with the Christmas cards etc. Really lovely!
