I sent my forms off over 3 weeks ago and I still haven't heated anything. Is this normal ? X

can take up to 6 weeks or it did with mine anyways it will get backdated to the day you appied if you want to check up on it call them on 03453003900 x

Yea it can take ages hun, especially at this time of year! If you keep checking your bank thi, they often pay it in before they write to you!

We sent our renew of 3 weeks ago theyve stopped our money whilst they reasses our claim. Rung them last week & they said there really busy and it may take upto 8 weeks xx
