How long between applying did you hear back?
I posted mine recorded delivery 2 weeks ago and I've not had her birth certificate back yet, does anyone have a rough timescale?

Think they say 4 weeks roughly although mine took a out 3 I had money in bank before any letters

They'll backdate your money from date of claim.

I'm not too worried about the money, I just want my documents back in one piece as they wanted her original birth certificate!sounds like it could be a while then

It was about 3 weeks and i had the money in the bank before getting a letter an thought what is this £81.20 lol!! Then a letter came on the 4th week x
