Chidcare plans - bit premature I know but I like to plan ahead

I would love to just be a full time Mum like your sister LouiseB but monies may not allow me too. I want to take 12 months of maternity, but i have no option to go back part time as im a store manager.
But saying that, im already thinking that going back to my shop after someone else running it and recruiting for me for 12 months will be hard as everything will be different so i dont want too. But if i could find an alternative part time job i would pop baby into a good nursery so he/she can mingle and learn new things, catch all the nasty bugs young and build up a strong immune system.
I think for us it will be a decision we make when baby is a few months old....come on u BFP xxx
