Chickenpox

Jacob has come up with a rash over his belly, it's red and raised! He also has a bit of a temperature and is in general quite grouchy. He is going to the doctors later when my Dad can take him for me just wondering apart from the spots are they symptoms? (He has all his teeth btw!)

When the spots comes out I think that means the infection has gone, how long has he had all of the other symptoms? x

 

[Lacey's Mummy]

Lacey had a rash when she was Jacob's age, it was an allergy but we didn't know what too! We took her to the docs thinking it was mengititus but thank god it wasn't! I know chicken pox can differ with different children but laceys were all over her body, not just in one place! Hope the doctors can help x x

Well it's not the pox!! He's got a viral
Infection his eyes are red, snotty nose, temp, tearful!! I've never seen him so run down or upset
