Cheese triangles

I was going to buy some cheese spread triangles today but looking at the packaging lots of them contain E numbers and salt. I don't want to buy a pot of it because you have to use it within 7 days of opening. What do you guys buy as i'm a bit confused

I just usually buy a small tub as i usually have a slice of toast and cheese whenever i make it for Sophie anyways, so it gets used up!
