check your weight gain!!

Oh me too!

Even if I did start out overweight :( lol

Looks like we have more than our due date in common Lou! x

I'm 5lb under the lowest healthy weight gain....woooo-hooo! Am happy cos I'm overweight anyway and I know there is no way my baby will starve!! I think being pregnant agrees with me...normally I put on weight so easily, but since I've been pregnant I can eat loads and hardly put on weight at all!! Am starting to get a bit bigger now so might start piling on in tri 3, lol xx

i felt really good til i read amandas post ha ha!!

but nar i think it is good as with my last baby i put loadssss on so being more healthy this time feels good!!

I'm 9lbs under my lowest target weight gain. That's good old morning sickness for you!!!!!!

I don't keep scales in the house and the only weigh you at the beginning and end of your pregnancy up here. So I have no idea. Too scared to check lol.

well just weighed myself i know my face and arms look thinner but really to have lost weight, anyway apparently i am 17lb under my estimated weight but i was classed as overweight to start with, now i'm not being funny but i would never had said i was overweight i was a size 10/12 to start with and am still in my size 12 jeans now. i think either my scales are wrong or the scales where they weighed me at my booking in were wrong. i may weigh myself tomorrow on someone elses scales and see what they come up with.

Says i should have gained 7lbs! But i have lost 2kgs though which is 4.4lbs. Weird, i really dont know how i lost it! Im not complaining at the moment. I know it will come though sooner or later xx

Eekk, I hate you all (only joking!)

Has anyone else gained more than recommended. I am somewhere between 5 and 10 pounds over the recommended weight gain (depends what figures I use as I'm not 100% sure of my starting weight).

I was pretty average to start with and had a BMI of around 21/22.

My only excuse is that I lost a baby at 12 weeks and then got pregnant again before I lost the weight from that one so technically I have had 2 tri 1's to gain the weight. It all sounds a bit like I'm trying to justify my piggy ways to me.

I will go and console myself by finishing off the tin of Quality Street in my office!

ha ha @ catty you have a low bmi anyways so pig out love! just hit the gym after babys born got plenty offmaternity leave to do it :p

I am where I should be, although on another chart a few weeks ago I was under the average line. Think they'll all say something different! ;)
I too lost one at about 10-12 weeks (conception date wasnt ever confirmed) and never lost any before falling pregnant a couple of months later. I'm not too bothered how much I put on, as long as I'm able to fit into my maternity clothes! :)

The weird thing is that I don't have that much of a bump yet and other than my jeans I'm still wearing my normal clothes. I have no idea where on my body a whole stone and a half has gone!

I'm not really worried but it would be nice if someone else had put on as much as me so I didn't feel so abnormally whale-like!

anybody, please x

Catty I'm sure I will have put at least that on but I'm too scared to weigh myself! I was 10 stone 7 when I got married and 11 stone by the time I'd been on my honeymoon (when we conceived) so I'm treating that as my pre-pregnancy weight. I last dared to wiegh myself on 7th December at 19+1 and I was 12 stone 4 so I'd put 1 stone 4 lbs on by then. I dread to think what I weigh now!!! x

Well, I'm depressed now! I'm about 5-10 lbs over as I wasn't quite sure of my starting weight. I am now classified as overeweight as well~! Awesome!........... :(

Since going to the m/w and being classed as obese (cheeky mare!) I've been so careful with what I eat.

According to the calculater I'm overweight, but 5 pounds under what I should be if this was a single pregnancy. I'm happy with that, the babes are both fine. I'm real short, 5ft 2in, so I need to try and keep gain to a minimum while keeping the babes healthy. So far so good!

I'm under weight so it told me. I haven't put on much weight I was 9 stone now about quarter off 10. X x
