Hi, dd is 6 months, been weaning her since she was 5 months as she was showing signs she was ready. Tried her with a plain jar of food and she loved it, so since then I've introduced breakfast and today she's starting lunch to, so 3 meals a day.
Anyway, she's been on anti reflux cow and gate formula since she was 1 month old, she put on loads of weight and stopped projectile vomiting and we've been fine since.
So now I'm wearing her I've bought some follow on milk 6-12 months, is it best to start it gradually, as in give her the follow on in the day, and reflux formula first bottle in the morning and last bottle at night or will this be bad? X

You don't need follow on milk if she's eating a good diet, you're better sticking to the milk she's already on.

Thanks!
Haven't spoken in a while kumber! How are you and little one? X

We're fine thanks lovely, haven't been on here for the longest time! Congratulations on sticky bean #2, you work quick! Bet you're super excited. How is weaning going? We haven't started yet and not rushing it either. Easier to leave him boobing at the mo!

Ah thanks yes a surprise baby! Found out when dd was 10 weeks. Haha.
I only really started weaning her cos she would cry when we ate and when ever I was eating next to her she'd try and eat it, she fell over onto my chocolate cake with her face cos was trying to get it, well she loved the tiny bit she got. She gets so excited when she sees her bowel cute. She lovessss sweet potatoes.
Yeah I don't blame you for not doing it yet, we was gonna wait but felt bad. X

I was thinking about this too, mainly because follow on milk is cheaper! But don't want her reflux to get bad again....

I tried to yday. My advise is dont! She was screaming for the rest of the day, after throwing up! Cow & gate is until 12 months I'm not even gonna bother trying again until she's 1.
