Cervix question

So I have read that a low, firm cervix is a non-fertile state and a high, soft cervix is a fertile period.
I am 4dpo and mine is definately low and very soft. Any ideas?

Your cervix is a soft feeling any way
but the way i can describe mine i felt mine last mth and noticed the difference this month to know which is which.
I got a positive opk today really dark postive did 4 tests excited like a kid in a toy shop
I felt my cervix my cervix was high up not low and was very soft felt swelled up it feels like your lips
when your not ov it feels like the tip of your nose. so if your cervix is low then your not ov or you have already
ov and your cervix has dropped back down. You said was 4 days past ovulation so your cervix would be down.
If you are pg your cervix stays high thats what i have read and been told that when pg your cervix stays high.
I havent felt it when i have been pg so i cant say if thats true or not.
