Catching breath at night

Ok I posted a similar post in the health section yesterday but thought maybe more traffic here, hope no one minds.

Brody catches his breath every so often at night and does a sharp intake iykwim, scaring the poo out of us. Does anyone elses lo do this?

He makes loads of noises at night tbh, almost wimpers to himself in his sleep, but this is the one that's horrible.

I had docs this morning so asked her and she said its normal and to do with their larynx, but it still makes me on edge at night.

Cam does it every night. Holds his breath sometimes too. It's scary at first but they are ok x
