carrot cake

I've just eaten a piece of carrot cake and now worrying about it. I looked at the ingredients before buying it but I was so busy checking for pasturised egg that I didn't even twig that it has soft cheese in it.

Do you think it will do any harm to blump, god I'm such a stresshead!!

You're ok with soft cheeses as in Philadelphia and that sort of thing as they are pasturised, whatever soft cheese the topping was made of will have been pasturised too. It's sodt cheeses like brie and camambert that we should avoid. Hope that's eased your stress. x
