Cant walk :(

Well after picking paige up from nursery yesterday and pushing tandem pushchair home i got home to all tops of my legs killing as well as all my pelvis. Struggled around for rest of day and woke up this morning unable to actually part my legs to walk properly. Im kind of shuffling with my legs together at the moment and there is no way im going to be able to walk all the way to nursery and back Anyone got any tips on how to ease the pain. I hate SPD!!

Oh you poor thing I'm afraid I have no tips but just wanted to give you some s. Is there anyone who could take her and pick her up for you so you can rest? x

well husbands been on nights so going to see if he can take her before going to bed then pick her up later, feel like im being a burden though asking him

Could you try some of the exercises physio advise? I couldn't sit last night so did a few and it helped a bit. X

Oh... Have no real advice, but just wanted to give you a big hug. I have lots of back pain, so can empathise, but I don't have the added strain of trips with buggies to contend with. Hope your physic appointment comes through quickly. Xx

Try not to feel bad about asking hubby to help you out... You are a team and I'm sure you'd help him if he needed physical help. Hope you can find some sort of relief soon. X

Thanks hun, he is having a nap on sofa after getting in at 7:30 so he can take her to nursery. He is a godsend really just feel like a burden having to get him to do it. Gonna ring MW at half past see what she has to say. If she answers the phone! xx
