At least you've caught him before he's actually followed anything up with these woman. Hopefully your reaction to it will give him a wake up call.
I really think at this stage you can work things out if thats what you want. I agree with what the others have said, that maybe it's just like a fantasy game and he hasn't realised the seriousness of what he's been doing. I think the biggest problem here is that he's been secretive about it. My OH has a hard drive full of porn but it doesn't bother me cos he's honest about it so I know it's not a threat.
