hi hun i dont think u ever actually get rid of pnd for good i think it justs goes and hides so to speak. U can have relapses, i have had 4 relapses in 5 years but they get shorter and easier to manage as time goes on. its been a year since by last bout of pnd and that was 6 months after my daughters birth. have u got pnd????

Mine went but it took a long time, and therapy. You never feel that way for ever although you are more at risk from becoming depressed again
