Just wondered of any of you girlies can tell when you are OV without using sticks, kits etc. My body and hormones have been all over the place recently. Came off the pill in January after a good few years on it, got a BFP in march and had a MC in may at 11 weeks. Took a while for things to settle down and cycyle has sort of got back to normal now (ish). Last month i got some pain and sore boobs about weeks before AF due and got a bit excited, especially when AF was 3 days late. Anyway it came and so me and my DH are trying properly this month. Anyway, i used online OV calculators etc to work out good times to try and right on cue I got pain in one side, low down, bloatedness and very sore swollen boobs at the time it said i might be OV. Read some stuff ablout it, mittlesomething middle pain, that might indicate you are OV. Has anyone else had this? Would it be a good sign i am OV?

Yes i have this too and it is a good indicator.

You should experienced egg white cervical mucus too.

I'd rely on it for OV anyway and only get into kits etc if it doesn't happen in a couple of cycles.

Hiya,

I can't say I'm normally aware of it- but then it is only our first month of trying  :D I do feel kind of bloated and sluggish today and have lower back pain, but who knows whether it is related or because of the pilates session I did last night?! :p :D

I know. It's hard not to get obsessed by every little thing hyou feel and notice and think that they must be a sympton of something!!!!!!!:wall2:
Think i should probably limit my 'google that pregnancy, ovulation, good time to try symptom' to once a cycle and not every time i have a spare five minutes!!!!!!
