Can you attach an Mp3 file?

I have an Mp3 of a doppler recording of Bub's heartbeat. I thought other doppler users and would be doppler users might be interested but don't know how or if I can get it on the site.

Is it possible? I'm not sure if I trust the Mp3 hosting sites.
