can u take folic acid and iron tabs?

iv taken folic acid all the way through my pregnancy and have been given a course of iron to take! forgot to ask if i continue to take both. any advice? x

I would think so because folic acid has iron in I think and with that your obviously not getting enough still, maybe give your midwife a call to check?

I think so as my multivitamins contain 121% RDA of iron and folic acid, but like Pinky suggests, double check with your midwife.
