can u still have period pains in early pergnancy

Hi I have had all the symptoms of pregnancy this week I am due on my period tomorro (monday) and am gettin period pains today I took a negative test on thursday and am going to take another tomorrow I'm so confused but have heard that some women do still get strong period pains?

i had af like cramps from dpo2-3 and still get them on and off now x

I occasionally get period like cramps now. That was how I knew something might be happening in my 2ww as I never got af cramps beforehand. Fx for you x

Ok thanku for u help jus so annoying all this waitin about to no if u r pregnant or not espec wen u have all the symptoms but then get period pains x

I had af pains like i normally do... i was so sure she was coming that i didn't test til a week late due to the pains x

I got af type pains from about 10dpo with all my pregnancies. Good luck
