Can someone explain CRL to me please!

Two weeks ago I had a scan and it measured 1.8mm. Said 5-6wks. Had a scan today and said 6.2mm and 6wks2days. Heart beat isn't as it should be. Second echogenic area is seen inside the gestation sac measuring 4mm.

Any help would be great. I think I'm out

I think it's crown-rump length - basically the length of the foetus from head to bottom and is used to estimate gestational age.
