Can pregnancy cause eczema?

I seem to have started with eczema for the first time in my life. Dry skin, can feel spots/lumps it's very rough partic on arms and hands x

Yes! I went to see my gp because I was itching, and he said I had eczema and prescribed me a cream. I've invested in some more expansive hand cream and my skin is so much better no, don't itch any more. I think that being pregnant, combined with the cold weather outside, can cause this. Do you itch? You could ask your gp/mw next time you see him/her.

Like Esperanza said - indeed it can cause eczema. It's pretty common. I suffered with it in tri 2 and got some mild cream from the doc and cleared it all up.
