Okay so me and hubby had such a wonderful list of boys names. But do t need them as we are having our second little beaut daughter :).

Started looking at girls names. We already have Skye Olivia.

I have found two names i love. Hubby surprised me and has decided he is in love with one name and we have to call her it. But im worried that because its a version of a boys name bubba may be picked on. .

We love Henrietta Grace.
Second choice for hubby. But i like Georgina Grace.

I live Henrietta and Hettie for short. I have never met anyone with this name. So dont know if its a good choice. But i do love it!! HARD

if youve managed to read all that (and it made sense) thankyou :)

Both names are lovely, hettie is especially. I wouldn't worry about it being a version of a boys name, most names have a male/female version and lots are unisex, I really wouldn't worry about that. If you and oh love it that is all that matters x

How strange my friend Georgina always wanted a girl named Henrietta Grace (however she ended up with 3 boys!!)

IMO, I like the name Georgina - and Georgie for short. Henrietta isn't my cup of tea at all tbh. But your point about it been a boys name - my name is Danielle and it's never caused me any issues, I can't think of any girls with boys names I know who it's caused an issue for :) xx

I love Henrietta! Georgina is nice, but I think Henrietta is so pretty, I went to school with a girl called Hettie and she never got picked on.

To be honest I think kids can find anything to pick on so I think there's no point worrying too much about their name! Plus it's not like it's some weird made up name that nobody has ever heard of, I've heard people calling their kids much worse.

As far as the boy's name/girl's name thing, I also went to school with a Jamesina and nobody batted an eyelid, even when we got to high school. And yet me being called Fay resulted in me being hit with witty jibes like "gay fay rolls around in the hay today" haha! Kids! Even then I was like really, is that the best you can do....

Oh I think Henrietta/Hettie is absolutely lovely! I wouldn't instantly attach it to a boys name either so wouldn't worry about it at all.

Ohhh LOVE the name Henrietta/ Hettie (and I have a daughter called Grace so I LOVE that too)

oohh what a pretty name xx

I like Henrietta and Hettie in short. Its very pretty name, so go with it.

Love Hetti that Lucy girl from eastenders is called that in RL
also like Arrietty
or Ettie
or Hattie

Im feeling like its definatly top of the list thanks ladies. Oh i do.t really watch eastenders. Is that her full name do you know. I guess that makes it kindof trendy ha :)

I think Hettie is gorgeous and have always liked Henrietta, I don't think you'll have a problem with people saying it's a boys name at all. Also isn't Heidi Klum's little girl called Henri? That makes it super trendy :) I also like Harriet xxx

Im pretty excited now!!. I couldnt believe my husband liked it. He doesnt normally like tradiional names. Eeeek very happy! !.
I think i really like it. Thankyou as always ladies! this is very useful to help undecisive people lol.

Have you got any ideas at the mo taffy for boy/girl names for your bundle!? X

Our son is Max Dylan and we have pretty much decided on Theo Jack for a boy. Girls names were more tricky but at the moment we like Lillian (Lily) Kate and OH suggested Sienna this morning so Sienna Rose and Sienna Kate might be added to the list :) xxx
