the name of those soft toy dolls you can get with different fastenings, like zips, buttons etc for kids to learn how open them etc. Can't find them online but only because I don't know what they are called.

The Early Learning does/did them and the girl one was calle "Learn to dress Rosie" is that what you mean? I can't remember the name of the boy version.

it has zips, buttons, poppers, laces, etc
