Calling all sling wearers - help!

I've got a baba sling. Didn't use it much when Holly was little cos she was a big baby and always seemed squished and uncomfy! Now she can sit up by herself I want to use it out and about cos the car seat is too heavy with her in it! We've got a carrier when we go on long walks but think the sling will be easier for little walks, swimming, hanging out washing etc! How have you got on with it?

I've got two slings, the moby wrap and a baby bjorn one. I prefer the bb one as its loads less hassle. Cam loves to be in it as well, it helps with his wind too

used my baba sling once, got tangled up! now use the baby bjorn, much less hassle, even used to use it round the house if she was threatening. it also spreads the weight more across your back rather than one shoudler!
