Yep for a boy i like Dexter, but OH isnt buying it.. I also like Preston, he's ok with that...

I have Elphaba in reserve for my next Tortoise (my obsession-believe me that places the name in high regard in our house!!) otherwise it may have been on my short list, maybe as a second name though because I too am not adventurous enough although wish I was!

I went for evil mind tactics to get the boys name I wanted Mwahhaha He 'thought' he had chosen the girls name so I had the majority vote on the boys one

Ooh what kind do you have? I have Horsfields, Tegumai a 4 year old male I rehomed from the tortoise trust and a teny weeny 07 hatchling called Mimi. They are more spoilt than my son, which is why reserving the name Eplhaba for one is such high regard!

Seems like we have similar (and excellent) tase in books, pets and Baby names

As for the girls names they're both unusual - I've never heard of Elphaba before but Elphie's really cute. I think I prefer Wednesday though.

Good luck convincing OH, I loved Erica last time but OH didn't but this time he's said it's growing on him... maybe by baby 3 I'll get my own way
